PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED:

The ITFES Foundation fulfills its fundamental purpose once it secures stable initial conditions for the USA (led by MAGA and through its appropriate institutions) to launch the implementation of the 4th engineering wave in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy—a wave without which the strategic success of MAGA is impossible.

If, within two years, the ITFES Foundation fails to secure these stable initial conditions for the USA to launch and implement the 4th engineering wave in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy, a nuclear Armageddon will occur by 2040 at the latest. This will result from the continuously escalating political tension between NATO nations, led by the USA, and SCO nations, led by China and Russia.

The necessary initial conditions for the USA to launch the implementation of the 4th engineering wave in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy are two:

  1. The existence of an economic entity that has proven its capability to create and develop scientific knowledge for an Engineering Business Model Ontology (Engineering BMO) in three parts: (a) theory; (b) terminology and © a working prototype of a new class of IT products for the managerial modeling of the movement of capital in the industry, which can be defined as “holistic ERP systems.”
  2. The identification of individuals within the high-ranking MAGA elite who can first internalize the essence and significance of the first three engineering waves in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy (the source of which is the USA), and subsequently motivate ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) to become the subject of strategic action for the implementation of the fourth such wave.

THE OBSTACLE:

The first condition has been met and is present, but unfortunately not in the USA, but here in Bulgaria—and this transforms the fulfillment of the second condition into a major obstacle.

Had the first condition been fulfilled in the USA, the second would not pose a significant problem. However, by the will of God, Fate, or Coincidence, the first condition was met not there, but in Bulgaria. This creates the necessity for establishing a contact chain between Bulgaria (represented by ITFES) and the USA (represented by individuals within the high-ranking MAGA elite). Through this chain, accurate information must flow, demonstrating that the MAGA political movement can secure an additional and powerful guarantee of strategic success, provided that the USA (led by MAGA and through its appropriate institutions) becomes the source of the 4th engineering wave in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy.
