The mission of the foundation consists of securing key initial conditions so that the USA (led by MAGA and through its appropriate institutions) can launch the implementation of the 4th engineering wave in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy. Such an engineering wave serves as both a necessity and an opportunity for the strategic success of MAGA.

With this goal defined, it is assumed that:

1. The strategic success of MAGA implies that within the next 15 years, the industry for machines of the West (led by the USA) must achieve such superiority over China’s industry for machines as it possessed 15 years ago. Such a success for MAGA would restore the lost prestige of the USA as the world’s teacher in the sphere of fundamental knowledge for economic management, thereby significantly reducing the existing risk of nuclear Armageddon.
2. The “4th engineering wave in the development of the fundamental scientific knowledge of economy” signifies the development and dissemination of knowledge regarding the “Engineering Business Model Ontology” (Engineering BMO), embedded in a new class of IT products for the managerial modeling of the movement of industrial capital. This new class of IT products is referred to as “holistic ERP systems.”
